The Korda Shot on the Hook weights improve the hooking properties of wafter, bottom bait or snowman rigs. They create a heavier hook point, which ensures a secure hold and increases the likelihood of the hook catching. As a result, more bites can be utilized.
These hook weights are made from pure tungsten, which has an exceptional density. This high density has allowed us to develop a compact yet weighted shape that achieves optimum weight with minimal material.
The Shot on the Hook weights are reusable and have a small rubber sleeve that holds the weight securely on the hook. With soft hooks, the weight can simply be removed. For barbed hooks, the barb should be carefully pressed in before removal.
