The Orient Rods AnacondaS casting rods revolutionize boilie casting with their unique, patented shape and advanced manufacturing methods. These rods are specifically designed to maximize precision and range when casting boilies without twisting - even when using soft boilies. With a diameter of 26mm and a weight of 89 to 110 grams, these tubes offer remarkable casting accuracy over distances of up to 140 meters.
An outstanding feature is the patented design with a reverse bend that prevents the boilie from twisting during the cast. The products can also be fitted with a unique Orient Rods design back valve, which increases the speed of the boilie by increasing the opening at the end of the carbon tube, increasing the air pressure during the cast. Two Ukrainian patents, N101730 and N101733, have been granted for this design.
The production of AnacondaS casting tubes is carried out by a special thermo-compressive process using vacuum forming, where the compression of the mold is performed by heated elements of the equipment. This process enables the manufacture of products in very complex shapes. Carbon fiber material is used for the production of the throw tubes at a certain angle and completely filled with Plain Weave Spread Tow threads. This type of weave ensures the best durability of the composite material.
Placing the carbon fibers at a specific angle also made it possible to achieve the maximum torsion of the boilie and thus achieve the longest casting distances. The optimum bending shape of the casting tube was selected after numerous tests and now enables the world's longest casts!
