The Orient Rods Chameleon SM (Spod/Marker) 13' 5.0lb rod was developed specifically for the Austrian and German markets with the support of our partner in Austria. This rod is designed in our classification as a "front drive" rod to enable anglers to work as comfortably and efficiently as possible over long periods of time.
With long-term use in a variety of conditions, this rod has proven to be an excellent long distance marker with high sensitivity and a lightweight spod for medium and small lure rockets/spombs; it can also be used as a working rod for long casts. The result is a universal rod for long casts with a load of up to 150 grams. For an extra touch of elegance, we have added a Kevlar ferrule and an exclusive butt cap with signed engravings.
