Nash Scope OPS Olive Duplon

The Scope OPS Olive Duplon rods stand for maximum performance in a compact design. The blanks are based on 30T high-modulus carbon with reduced resin content and a 1k Toray outer winding. This results in fast recovery with clearly defined action and even force distribution across the entire test curve.

The advanced Scope OPS blank construction uses 45° multidirectional fiber reinforcement. This minimizes twisting and lateral distortion under load. The stored energy is released in a controlled manner, which significantly increases both casting accuracy and the distances that can be achieved. CG models with ceramic guides are also available. These offer a particularly resistant guide surface and reduce wear caused by thick braided lines, shock leaders, or hard knot passes.

The series includes new 6ft models with a 3.5lb test curve and high power reserve for large fish at short distances. In 9ft and 10ft, 3.75lb and 4lb variants are also available, designed for heavy rigs, strong currents, long boat casts, and large PVA bags or dot spods. Practical tests confirm casting distances of over 200 yards with the strongest models. Even when used for large catfish, as powerful predator rods or in the sea, the action remains stable and controlled.

The Olive Duplon handles offer a non-slip, durable surface with a subtle look. Carbon reel seats with engraved Nash logo, flattened thumb rest, and additional Scope branding elements on the handle round off the features. All models are compatible with the patented Butt Lock Peg System.
