- A purchase contract with us is only concluded after final approval by Santander Consumer Bank AG when the order is sent to you. Of course, the purchase contract will be canceled if the installment purchase by Santander Consumer Bank AG is not possible - you are not obliged to buy!
- Of course, we also offer you a 14-day "money-back guarantee" for purchases in installments. Your application will be immediately canceled by Santander Consumer Bank AG if you contact us within 14 days to return the order.
How does the purchase with subsequent financing via Santander Consumer Bank work?
- After you have filled your shopping cart with your desired tackle, go to "Checkout", select the option "Santander financing" under step 2 "Payment method" and confirm the terms and conditions
- On the following page you will find an overview of all relevant data for your order. You can still make changes here if you wish. Click on the "Order now with obligation to pay" button to complete your order.
- You will then be automatically redirected to the Santander Bank online portal. The connection is SSL protected, so your data is secure.
- Please enter all the required data in the appropriate fields.
- After entering the data, send the application. The provisional credit decision will be displayed immediately afterwards.
- If the decision is positive, you can print out and sign the contract. If you are unable to print out the contract, you can also have it sent to you by the bank.
- Please send the contract to the bank by post, a so-called PostIdent form is enclosed with the financing application. The post office will send your documents to Santander Consumer Bank for final verification. This is free of charge for you.
- As soon as your signed contract has been received by our partner bank, we will deliver your ordered goods immediately (subject to a final positive check of your documents and the availability of the goods).
The following requirements must be met:
- You must have a customer account in our store (financing is not possible when ordering via so-called "guest accounts")
- The person placing the order and the person receiving the financing must be identical (name, address).
- You must be of legal age
- Your main place of residence must be in Austria or Germany
- You must have a current account with a bank in Austria or Germany
- You must have a regular income.
- You must have a valid identity card or passport with a registration certificate
- For non-EU citizens, further proof such as residence and work permits and a current registration certificate are required
Important information for trainees and students:
- Financing for students (max. 29 years) is possible up to a total amount of € 1,200 and a term of 24 months. Proof of enrollment is required.
- For trainees, the total amount may not exceed € 1,000 (requirement: at least in the 7th month of training and living with parents).
