xoStats is our in-house visitor analytics tool. It runs on our server; the data remains with us and is not shared with third parties. It allows us to see how many people visit the store and which pages they view.

Data Controller: We, as the operator of this store.

Data processed: Session ID, IP address, referring page, pages visited, as well as screen resolution, color depth, and whether Java is enabled. Your customer number is processed only if you have given your consent.

Technology used: A tracking pixel and JavaScript.

Retention period: According to the period we have set; by default, one year.

Legal basis and revocation: Your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and § 25(1) of the TDDDG. You may revoke your consent at any time in the cookie settings with future effect.

Google Analytics shows us how our shop is used: which pages are viewed, where visitors stop, and which items are of interest. We use this to improve the shop.

Data processed: Pages viewed and events triggered, approximate location, device and browser details and a pseudonymous identifier. If you place an order, also the order value and the items ordered.

We use Google Ads to show you targeted and personalized advertising on Google and the Google advertising network. The content of the ads should be as relevant to you as possible. To achieve this, we share some of your interactions with our platform with Google Ads. This includes, for example, information that you have viewed a particular page.
